The orders team was really helpful when I needed to upgrade the delivery. It arrived at 8 am. We are fitting the sink and vanity unit this week but seems to have arrived in good condition.

Needed to confirm a few things about a pump I needed to order and spoke to a very helpful person online. The pump I required was due to arrive on Monday, it actually arrived early on Friday. It must have been sent as soon as it was ordered. The pump was also much cheaper than at other sites. Could not fault, excellent.

Easy website and ordering process. No problems with that. Delivery was good and the driver was very helpful. I checked the goods for any damage and none were visible. Hopefully, there will be no problems with installation either.

Ordered 4 items 1/11/22 paid 839 pounds 2/11/22 advised via phone 2 items discontinued and it was suggested by Nationwide that I would be refunded the full amount which I accepted. I will not bore you with how many times I have contacted this firm but it is now 22nd December (51 days) No money No response

I ordered this product from another company that continually changed the delivery date, they must have been a fake company. I ordered Nationwide bathrooms on Friday and they arrived the following Tuesday. What a difference a reliable company!

I received an order of a Laufen toilet roll but the fixings were missing from the package. i have written 3 emails to the support email via the www and form outlook. i have received zero as in 0 replies. the phone says contact support...doe it exist? very poor service in fact zero service. i have asked to send it back without any response, i don't want to i want to keep thhe toilet roll holder

Ordered a radiator. Great price fantastic customer service and fast delivery for a much lower price than I had been quoted from other companies. Would buy from them again and would recommend them to others.

The items I ordered were delivered in perfect condition and the price was good, I can't fault that. The problem came when I wanted to return an item that was no longer needed. I tried emailing the sales email address (given on the invoice as the contact to use) many times, and got no response. I couldn't call during their normal working hours due to my own working hours, and outside of those hours I just got a "we're closed" type message. When I finally managed to call them during working hours, I found that I should have been emailing a separate support email address. So I emailed them and got a ticket number but no response or contact. Eventually I managed to get another day when I could call during their working hours, chased up the ticket and got a reply telling me I was past the 14 day return window. So the initial purchase experience was fine, but post-sales service was non-existent really, which is very disappointing because I checked their returns policy before ordering.

All very smooth, the purchase fits the description. Took a bit of time to deliver, but fine when it arrived. Didn’t like being asked to comment/review before I’d received goods...indicates the wrong emphasis to me.

The staff was very polite and helpful while I was placing my order on the phone. When my goods were received unfortunately a couple of items were damaged, but when informing Nationwide Bathrooms they immediately apologized and sent replacements the next day. I would definitely recommend this company!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM NATIONWIDE BATHROOMS. Oh dear, like many others I wished I’d read these reviews first! Placed my order on Monday 28th November over the phone only to have it cancelled the same day via email and no explanation. Called on Tuesday and had it explained there was an issue with my address. Issue rectified and a new order placed again over the phone. I was told the goods would be shipped for delivery Thursday 1st or 2nd December, happy days. Called the office on Friday only to be told they had missed being loaded and they would go out for delivery Monday 5th or Tuesday 6th. I wasn’t surprised they didn’t turn up so called the office and was told I would now be receiving my delivery this Thursday or Friday. Didn’t really get a warm feeling so I called again today to check and to my amazement I now won’t receive my order until week commencing 12th. What a joke, will definitely not use again and do not recommend buying from these guys unless you put your hands on what you want to buy in the showroom. Probably kissed goodbye to my refund too.

I am REALLY SORRY i didn't read the reviews before dealing with this company. this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have been waiting since the 13th September for a incorrect part problem to be rectified. It is now 5th December and after numerous attemps to get a response i am still waiting. avoid avoid avoid at all cost.

Ordered these excellent-quality taps on a Friday afternoon and received them the following morning! Really pleased with them and at a fantastic price. Impossible to get anything similar in a DIY store at the price.

Frankly, very poor service, I have to say. Despite being told that all the items we wanted to order were in stock when I phone prior to placing my order, we got to the third week past the original delivery date and kept being told at the beginning of the week exactly the same story that our outstanding wash hand basin was expect in their warehouse by the end of the week. A total of a month overdue before I had to give up. Clearly the left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing. To operate, as claimed, as a national bathroom retailer surely you have to be able to give your customers a reliable service with realistic delivery dates and an accurate picture of what is happening if items are delayed!! Based on my experience, avoid at all costs, go elsewhere!

I had not previously heard of or used this company before, found them on the website, compare their prices which were the lowest, and read up on their reviews which were excellent. order 2 showers both were delivered the following day. I have recommended them to 2 of my friends.
