“I purchase items at the end of August, after several telephone calls and the promise of failed deliveries, and the inability to cancel my order on the first attempt, I wait in anticipation to see if you can actually refund my money in a timely manner. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY”

“Despite going in late and meeting the very friendly member of staff only five minutes before closing time, he dealt with us with great humor and patience. The products were reasonably priced and well presented. I was very pleased with everything I saw and everything that we sorted out. If only I had not forgotten to order the washbasin for the bathroom, my visit would have been perfect!”

“Ordered a shower enclosure for £746.20 which was discontinued, so they could not supply it. After more than 6 weeks they have not refunded me, they ignore all emails and are still falsely advertising the same product for sale. They still have my money and there is no sign of it being returned.”

“The website was easy to use and the product was delivered promptly. It was good value for money compared with other options on different websites. it wasn't as easy to adjust the doors as the blurb suggested but I'm happy with the final result.”

“Ordered a designer central heating radiator. The price was very good in comparison to normal retailers. can't remember how long it took for delivery but it was no more than 2/3 working days. radiator not fitted yet but looks great.”

“Delivery came when indicated and quality of shower fine for the price. However installation instructions supplied with shower were for not for the shower we bought. Thankfully they had correct one available on their website.”

“My wife and I have been badly let down by another company. I searched and found a similar product slightly dearer, but the care shown to me was phenomenal. The goods will be delivered this week, sooner than expected. This company will be in the front of my mind should I require further products and I will encourage my friends to make contact. Thank you.”

“Best price I could find for the vertical radiators I wanted. Based on previous reviews I ordered my rads and received them quickly as detailed on the website.
