“Last year I dealt with this company, at first I had blew them off. Months had past and I was contacted again, and this time they sound more convincing, so I decided to give them a try. I was dealing with Mark, Emily Joseph, and Graham. Graham was the one that really convinced me. They took me for $7695, and I felt and still feel so stupid. I considered myself not to be naïve, but apparently I was wrong. I would like for someone, anyone to give me a list of any organizations that I can file a complaint with. Also any suggestions on how we can start a class action lawsuit, and/or have them face consequences for their actions, jail time if possible. I am still paying on my credit card that was used to pay them; monthly it is just a sad reminder that I had been used. Any feed back will be greatly appreciated.”

“Dishonest company. Dishonest employees. Money back guarentee is a scam. They told us at the meeting they had never had any complaints. Looking here that was not true. They could never get us correct. I finally gave up and asked for our money back. Sonnet refused. I should have had better sense than to throw good money after bad. These people are definitely crooks. I hope Sonnet can live with herself.”

“This company promised to relieve me of my timeshare for a considerable amount of money but defrauded me. They were aware that I had been scammed in the past. These people are the scum of the earth. I will be contacting the California States Attorney hoping to get Ruben Ortiz, Tricia Davis and Chris James prosecuted for fraud and elder abuse.”

“If I could leave a review with less than one star for these crooks, I would. I have been given the responsibility of being trustee over my parents' estate. I have tried to exit through 2 companies. The first would not let me leave the contract and then Nationwide came to the "rescue!" I don't know who I am angrier with: them for being the lying scammers they are, or myself for falling for their lies. I will gladly contact the CA State's Attorney and the BBB!”

“I myself was ripped off by these crooks. Go to the Ca Attorney General site and post a complaint. With enough people maybe we could get some kind of a closure and put these people behind bars. That’s where they all belong. Ca Attorney General responded by mail stating that they would try contacting them for resolve. The more people the better. I hope Chris James, Ruben Ortiz and Tricia Davis can all sleep at night for what they have done to everyone.”
