“Both engineers who initially diagnosed the remedial work and then completed the work were professional and keen to explain what they doing. They were pleasant and efficient. My telephone contact was also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Elaine Hine”

“Good timekeeping, phoned in advance great Bit too quiet on getting to completion. Had to promt for feedback on the results he was getting, and any issues arising. After all as a hands on landlord I want to know and understand. I do realise that should the tester be confronted with problem wiring , they do not want to get into a confrontation with an irate landlord, but it is beneficial to explain to interested parties the problems and remedies AT THE TIME. All in all thanks”
