“TERRIBLE Customer Service. We chose Nationwide Liquor to ship a very nice bottle of whiskey as a "Welcome to your new home" gift. FedEx couldn't read the label so they changed the address. After a constant back and forth, with FedEx admitting they changed the label, Nationwide Liquor still refused to re-ship the bottle that was over $600 BUT implied if it was a cheaper bottle they would re-ship. So I guess if you buy a cheaper bottle you may get better customer service but I DO NOT recommend spending money on a nice bottle of anything. If there is any mistake they will 1) not take responsibility, 2) Not provide you with any information unless you repeatedly email them, and 3) Will not provide proof that they have made ANY effort in filing a claim with the carrier.”
“Okay, so it is obvious that the female employees prefer male customers (female insecurity); Everytime I am short the female employees very nasty and irritated. And because of the older ladies insecurity she seems to be characterizing me is if I want to come in and get something for free. I've never in the years I've frequent that store have ever implied than I expected anything for free. Sometimes I need to go back out to the car for more change or opt to use the larger bill. That being said that is ok not upset about that I should pay completely for the item/s I choose to purchase. The rolling of the eyes, and murmuring and refusal

“This company is a bunch of thieves, I ordered a bottle $285 value on Sunday cancelled it one hour later sent TWO emails and called THREE times, five days later got an email it's been shipped.
Do not use them they don't care if you change your mind one hour later on a SUNDAY while they are closed.

“I don’t even want to give them one star but that’s all that’s available. They charged me 311.95 for 4 bottles of whiskey and shipping. This whiskey is normally sold for 33.99 I was charged 74.99 a bottle. Then when 2 bottles didn’t arrive I emailed them and they refunded me 138.95 when it should’ve have been 149.98. They charged me more for the shipping of the 2 bottles. There is no one to talk to. There phone number let’s you leave a message and that’s all. You have to email them. I’ve had no satisfaction from them at all. Will never purchase from them again. No customer service at all. Total Fraud Company!!!!!”

They charged me over double(maybe triple) what they paid for the product and then wouldn’t give me a full refund of what they charged me because of shipping. This company is a rip-off! “I read the previous negative reviews and realized these were people who didn't bother to read the product descriptions or don't know the difference between 750ml and 200ml bottles. So thought I would give it a shot. I needed to send my brother a bottle of whiskey for his birthday and couldn't find anyone who could ship to Michigan. I sent an email from their contact page and within minutes was happily told that they could. I found a really nice Noah's Mill bourbon and had it shipped to my brother. Nationwide even included a free gift note along with the bottle. It was delivered within 5 days. I'm very satisfied and will be shopping here again (hopefully for that Pappy bottle I've been dreaming about).”

“It hurts me to give one star. I am Agoraphobic. I do not leave my house. Previously I lived in Rhode Island and could have anything I wanted delivered to my house within one hour regarding alcohol. Now I live in Ohio. I must order online to have a delivered within 3 to 5 days Federal Express.
All of that said, my main gripe is that, anyone ( nation wide liquor ) that can fairly and justly price a 200 mL of whiskey at $43.99 is bad. That is what I accidentally ordered and what I was forced to pay via nationwide liquor.
While ordering I got a prompt that said if I ordered one more bottle, I would receive a credit for $25 so naturally I shopped. I found another bottle of whiskey. 200 mL of whiskey does not cost $43.99. This bottle can fit in my back pocket. I say, learn your metric system. Do not be fooled. This is blatantly an overcharge via Liters and it’s my own fault for not catching it.”
