“Always great service and the complete raw food is the best. I have a dog with a sensitive tummy and this the only raw food I have found that suits him.”

“The food and service are both of excellent quality. Been ordering from these guys for nearly a year now having been recommended them by a friend. Their packaging isn’t just eco friendly but also much more convenient. Plus once I had a problem with the website and the order went through incorrectly and arrived incorrectly. They were super efficient in sorting it out without any hassle. Couldn’t recommend Naturaw highly enough. Oh and of course my Bella loves it. Zero waste.”

Hi Denise, thanks for taking the time to write a review :) We hear what you're staying about stock and we are doing our best. On top of the ever increasing demand for our food, like every other food manufacturer we've been pretty hard hit by the unprecedented perfect storm of Brexit and Covid. So some ingredients are pretty tricky to get hold of on in enough quantity at the moment to keep the whole range in stock at once. Paws crossed it improves over the next month or two, we are also further upgrading our production facilities to cope with demand. take care x

“Good service, love the focus on sustainable packaging. Sometimes lack of selection due to items being out of stock but I realise this is part of being a smaller company. I have recommended Naturaw to fellow dog owners 😊”

“This is the best frozen raw dog food I’ve tried, not only is the meat 100% quality, the packaging is all recyclable/compostable, I’ve tried other companies but the amount of plastic or polystyrene they use is horrendous.”

“Brilliant service and product. I love the fact there’s no single use plastic and that organic / free range meat is used. I find the subscription is really flexible, it can be easily paused and restarted. Henry loves it, so all in all I can’t fault!”

“I use the Naturaw dog food for my Romanian rescue who loves the raw food and the treats! She had a sensitive tummy with other foods, but never had any problems with Naturaw. I love that all the packaging can be recycled or is compostable......and that I get money off for returning the liners 😁”

“We have been eating RAW since 2011 and tried quite a few brands, Naturaw is by far our favourite, the quality of the meat and the packaging is tops. We like to lick the tasty tubs and sometimes can't resit eating the tub too! DHL delivery is so convenient and the returnable wool liners a brilliant idea. Kahlo and Mhumhi”

“The food is top quality my dog loves it, cant say the same about customer service which i find poor no telephone number everything has to be done by email when sometimes a phone call would be better, had a few issue's with liners which is now sorted found having to email and wait for your slow reply was not good”
