“Delivery is so quick and reliable. The food always arrives frozen and in great condition. The main reason we chose Naturaw over other raw food brans was due to their environmental and ethical values. But we can now also tell that the food is great quality and the dogs love to eat it!”

“Quick easy and efficient ordering and delivery. Dogs love this food have been on it about 5 years best change for them ever. Also in recyclable containers Not plastic. All good. Happy healthy dogs.”

“I was very impressed with the packaging and quality of the meat and my Dobermann really enjoyed it BUT he doesn’t do well with mince so has chunks of meat and raw bones and although I would love to get all his food from Naturaw, there just isn’t enough choice of chunked meat and bones to allow me to do so because of the amount you need to order for safe delivery. It’s such a shame as I would really love to support this company.”

“Been a customer for a few years now and can never see us changing. The quality, variety and ease of ordering are just what we need, the biodegradable packaging of the food and the delivery in cardboard with wool liners that are returned and reused for a discount was a fabulous addition to an already fantastic company. Thanks Naturaw, doing all you can to feed our fur babies well with minimal burden on the planet :-)”

“We have used Naturaw for over two years now and we have always received a brilliant service. The products are always fresh and delivered really quickly. The eco friendly, biodegradable packaging is amazing and a brilliant step to prevent waste. There is a wide range of food options from puppy, a large selection of meats and senior. The fact that it is human safe means I know my dog is eating good quality food.”

“Amazing quality, love the eco friendly packaging and quick delivery. I love that the meat is from humanly slaughtered animals. I am vegetarian and like to know that the meat i am buying for my cats comes from animals who have had a good life and have been humanly slaughtered. Lovely team who reply quickly and who are really helpful. I would recomend to anyone who has a cat or dog. However, it would be great if there was some obvious information to inform people that the food is fine for cats. Maybe even in the branding. Our cats love the food and i'm sure many more people would buy it if they new it was good for cats too.”

Hey Emma, thanks for taking the time to review us :) Cat wise, we did launch a cat range but we had issues with using the packaging and uptake wasn't huge. We are always working on new products for the future though so don't write us off for team Cat yet x

“The food is of great quality for my flatcoated retriever. She is very healthy, lean with a glossy coat. The packaging is very earthy and degradable. The team working for this company have always been quick to answer any queries and are very friendly. I highly recommend this company if you are considering raw food. The food is perfectly calculated to muscle, offal and bone for your dogs health.”

“I'd been researching raw food brands for a while and when I came across Naturaw I was blown away by the food quality and the company ethics and sustainability. I love that the packaging is plastic free and compostable, the website is great and has so much valuable information and I also love the subscription service, saves time and hassle every month and its so convenient with the food delivered to my door. I would highly recommend Naturaw to anyone looking to move their beloved pooches to a raw diet.”

“Highly recommend Naturaw, my 2 Cavapoos absolutely love it and clear every bowl. I have a subscription for a taster box every 3 weeks which works brilliantly for us and we save the wool liners to return for £5 credit after 4 boxes. Brilliant service! Thank you.”

“We were so delighted and relieved to finally find a raw dogfood company with green and eco-friendly principles. We had previously been growing a mountain of plastic tubs that our council couldn't recycle, and felt so bad that we were considering giving up raw food, even though it was so good for our dog. But then we found Naturaw - recyclable cardboard packaging and sheepswool insulation (that you can return every few months to be reused, and get £5 off!). Perfect. And Coco loves it!”

“The venison order that I had was of a very good quality but appeared dry compared to other suppliers. Is this because the packaging has absorbed any liquid from the meat? Disliked the fact that the meat stuck to the sides of the packaging and so you lost a few grams of meat each time.”

Hi Glynis, thanks for taking the time to write a review - so we'll take the time to respond in kind :) Re: the product sticking to the tubs, don't worry we are all over it! It's been a lot of work (to keep it all fully compostable, we could have easily just chucked it in plastic to solve the issue) but we'll be launching new packaging in the next few months that is coated in some clever stuff that stops that happening. “My boys absolutely love the 80:10:10 range - fabulous quality, love the ethics behind it. Would have been 5 stars but such a shame products are temporarily out of stock so regularly :-(”

On top of the soaring popularity of our food, at the moment like every other food manufacturer we've been pretty hard hit by the unprecedented perfect storm of Brexit and Covid. So some ingredients are pretty tricky to get hold of on in enough quantity at the moment. Paws crossed it improves over the next month or two. Take care x

“My mini Schnauzers love the food, I get a starter box every month. I love the fact that the food is not packed in plastic so I can compost the boxes. It’s great value, I would recommend you give it a try.”
