“Love the packaging. Really good delivery. Brilliant meat. My only gripe is when I order there are several varieties out of stock. I have a very picky Beardie who only likes certain varieties. Having said that Naturaw is the only product on the market that he will eat.”

Hi Kath, thanks for taking the time to write a review :) We hear what you're staying about stock. Like every other food manufacturer we've been pretty hard hit by the unprecedented perfect storm of Brexit and Covid. So some ingredients are pretty tricky to get hold of on in enough quantity at the moment to keep the whole range in stock at once. Paws crossed it improves over the next month or two. take care x

“Great service & quality and my boy is enjoying the food, when I ordered though I would have like of been able to order more single protein completes or 80/10/10. Great packaging non plastic and environmentally friendly however with the packaging I do find there's quite a lot of waste that doesn't come off the cardboard box very well maybe a paper liner around the meat would help if cost effective so not a lot of meat is being wasted.”

Hi Sarah, thanks for taking the time to write a review - so we'll take the time to respond in kind :) Re: the single proteins, like every other food manufacturer we've been pretty hard hit by the unprecedented perfect storm of Brexit and Covid. So some ingredients are pretty tricky to get hold of on in enough quantity at the moment. Paws crossed it improves over the next month or two. Re: the product sticking to the tubs, don't worry we are all over it like a cheap suit! It's been a lot of work (to keep it all fully compostable, we could have easily just chucked it in plastic to solve the issue) but we'll be launching new packaging in the next few months that is coated in some clever stuff that stops that happening. take care x

“Our cats (yes cats, Naturaw dog food is good for them too) LOVE it! They are fussy eaters (we have 4!) and it's the only brand they've taken to. Excellent customer service, quick delivery, and the eco wool liner returns make us really happy as we're conscious of our carbon footprint. Would highly recommend!”

“We switched from a different brand because we were concerned about the huge amount of plastic, so chose Naturaw as the packaging is compostable. Big plus, the food quality is excellent. There’s no vegetable content so we give our dogs an apple or a carrot for dessert! They love this brand and the taster boxes always contain a good variety. Deliveries are reliable. Thank you Naturaw 😊”

“Excellent food, fast delivery and always a good variety in the taster boxes (also between different orders which is great!). Main reason we choose Naturaw is the compostable packaging which makes a huge difference to our waste output. The only improvement I could ask for would be 1kg packs so we can further cut down on our packaging.”

“We wouldn’t choose any other brand than Naturaw. A top quality product with a strong focus on the environment. We’ve tried other brands before and nothing compares to Naturaw. Deliveries are always on time and when you need advice or help the staff are lovely. A great company.”
