“Our working sheep dog Meg has been eating Naturaw Chicken and Beef for over a year now. She loves her food which makes us happy. We also love the fact that the packaging is biodegradable so we pop it into our food waste bin. We are very happy with the great service and we totally recommend Naturaw to anyone who wants to feed their their dogs as close to a natural diet as possible. Great job Naturaw!”

“Our sausage dog loves the food, the only thing that concerns us is that he seems very swollen ever since he started eating this food - not sure if this is because he has to adjust to this type of food (it has been a couple of months now)”

“Love the packaging and so far it’s the only brand that my two toy poodles lick clean . I have been ordering this for over a year this is the first time it was late arriving hopefully it won’t happen again. This was down to the postal service used”

“My dog loves this food I always order the large taster box I find that better value and all the different flavours I found when looking it can be very expensive so tried this company and the taster box and now will stay and keep ordering from Naturaw Delivery is quick”

“Dog still loves the food but the taster box frequently has too much chicken and if I order same amount of food but pick the flavours myself you charge extra for delivery so consequently we have reduced how often we purchase from you. I can't understand why the taster box delivery is free but if we need to accommodate for an allergy you charge extra for same size box”

“This raw food is amazing, not only ethical, responsibility sourced and manufactured but the dogs (and the ferret) absolutely love it. I've tried a few different raw brands and ways of doing raw food for the dogs and this is hands down their favourite and my favourite! Thank you x”

“Everything is great. the only thing i don't like is the liner. i feel it is unnecessary and the food tend to stick to it. it is easier to scrap the food with a spoon from the barquette if needed. But my 10 years old white shepherd is in an amazingly good shape and i am sure that what she eats is one of the maine reason. Thank you”

“We have been ordering from Naturaw for several months now and usually don't have any issues. The last order was delivered a day late which meant the majority of the boxes had defrosted, more than half of the boxes were burst open which meant the shipping box was covered in blood and trailed into the hall and as a result had to be binned. We contacted Naturaw (including pictures) to make them aware of the issue weeks ago and have had no reply. Up until then they have been great but given we have had to bin half the order and had no reply, really disappointed.”
