“Our dogs love the food and we are delighted there is less plastic in the packaging too. Customer services also very friendly and helpful. Only two constructive feedback points are it would be great to have a subscription for exactly the amount we need (we have to keep stopping and starting) and the piece of paper under the meat is unpleasant to handle (although we appreciate the reason it’s there). Thank you.”

“My Bernese mountain dog loves Naturaw. After having tried so many suppliers without success, we discovered Naturaw and haven't looked back. The 80/10/10 range is really good quality and not sloppy like many other suppliers. In addition to the great food, they offer a brilliant next day delivery service and the boxes arrive well packed and undamaged. The food packaging itself is also amazing. I put the packet in the food bin for composting with the vegetable film cover and the cardboard sleeve in with the recycling. 100% recyclable! Fantastic. Finally, Naturaw became a B-corp and if you know anything about B-corps, you know that is an amazing achievement. We love this brand.”

“We have tried number of different raw food providers and we chose to continue with Naturaw because of the great quality of meat. You can tell the difference when you look at consistency of meat, and of course our dogs thriving on it. We also love the recyclable packaging!”

“Have tried several other raw dog food suppliers but Naturaw is my favourite( no I’ve not personally tried it) and my boys absolutely ‘wolf’ it down. I like that the meat is human grade and British in origin. I also like that each product has the meat content and percentage displayed on the website and packaging, together with the nutritional value. This makes it easy to make an informed choice when purchasing, especially if your dog has any specific dietary requirements. My dogs have tried most of the products available, with the exception of the puppy variety, and they clean their bowls every time. There are plenty of varieties to choose from and they have even tried the vegetable one. If you ever offered either of my boys a vegetable, they would refuse to eat it but love this vegetable selection when a little is added to their meat. I love the new packaging, or though not so new now. I’m sure anyone who remembers the old packaging will agree. Delivery is next day by DPD, which is another plus for me.”

“I have been feeding my dog Naturaw for about 6 months now and I am so happy I switched. My dog absolutely loves it he enjoys all the flavours, which there is a wide range of. The compostable packaging is fantastic and they recycle the wool liners which is brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend Naturaw to anyone.”

“Our dog enjoys the food very much. I appreciate the recyclable packaging. One idea for regular purchasers is a lid for the tray that you would keep, wash and reuse every time. This would help with fridge hygiene to keep it covered. There could be a small additional charge for the lid but it would be very helpful. Our dag generally takes a day and half to finish one tray as she is a small dog and this would be a great addition to the product to make storage easier. Thanks”

“This is a quality food that I would highly recommend. Our 1 year old Staffy came to us in poor health but on naturaw her coat is shiny, her skin is healthy and she doesn’t smell. The subscription is super easy and I really appreciate the compostable packing as well. Quality product, worth every penny”

“Cannot fault Naturaw in any way. The delivery is always on time, the food has always arrived still frozen and there is always a good selection. The subscription boxes are very convenient and my pets love the free treats. The packaging is very easy to use, and the fact that it is sustainable is even better.”
