“The quality of the food is outstanding. Much better than the raw meat alternatives tried before. I have been with Naturaw for about 8 months and my Springer's coat is much healthier with much improved digestive health too. Delivery and communication on orders have been first class too. I recommend to any did owner to give them a try.”

“The food is probably the best I have used but only 3 stars because I don't like the fact that the new packaging doesn't have a resealable lid and also most times there seems to be slightly less than 500G in the packs.”

“Our dogs used to love Naturaw & we love your ethics. However one by one they have all stopped eating it. The paper sheet now including in the packaging is also really annoying. I don't know what you've changed, but for 4 dogs to go off the same food something has definitely changed. The service is excellent, the ethics are excellent, the courier (DPD) is also excellent. But as they won't eat it we won't be buying any more.”

Hi Brett, Sorry to hear this but we haven't changed anything at all. Same British suppliers, same high welfare ingredients, same recipes, same production process, same factory (our own), same quality control etc etc. I can't really offer any suggestions as to what has gone on with your dogs and that does sound strange but whatever has caused we can hand on heart tell you it's not a change in the content of the food. We get that it can seem unnecessary but the paper sheet is, unfortunately, an important part of the manufacturing process and maintains the quality and accuracy of the product/portion. All the best

“We’ve using naturaw for over a year now. Our hovie loves the food. The subscription service works well and it’s easy to adjust for things like holidays. We also really like how they have managed to move to fully plastic free packaging, and return the wool liners. I’d definitely recommend naturaw.”
