“The quality of this food is excellent, only negative is misleading packaging when you find the flavour written in bold is actually the lower amount of meat, eg BEEF and chicken is mainly chicken”

Hi Maggie, thanks for the review but this isn't true - double check the packaging because beef & chicken is 75% beef! :)

“I have been using Naturaw for quite a few years now. I, and especially my fur babies love the quality of the food. The mince is not all wet and sloppy like a lot of other raw foods. I'm not sure I prefer the packaging as we sometimes have trouble tearing the plastic but that's a minor problem. My biggest concern is....since we moved a few months ago we have had to rely on ordering direct from Naturaw as there isn't a local supplier. If you order a starter box, postage is free, but you dont get to choose your own flavours. If you order the same amount but choose your own flavours, postage in £7.50. And then you don't even receive your order on time! But that was DPD not Naturaw. I was disappointed with the service.”

“Lucas loves Forage! I love that you now have this "complete" food option, plus all the eco packaging. If you are thinking of swapping over to raw feeding then pick naturaw, Lucas/I have tried several makes but the quality at naturaw is way above the rest.”

“Great quality raw dog food in a convenient 500g sized tray. Good choice of flavours in £40 mixed box, all packaging able to be recycled and free delivery with chargeable option for Saturday delivery if needed. What's not to like? Well done guys 🙂”

“I tried lots of brands when switching to raw after my cocker spaniel, Sophie was diagnosed with epilepsy. Soph was not a foodie and so turned her nose up to most of my highly researched and often expensive offerings, but Naturaw was different. She still has meats she won’t eat, but she looks forward to dinner time now, and I love how easy it is to give her. The staff have always been mega helpful when I needed advice at the especially at the beginning of my raw journey, and we’ve been using Naturaw for around 8 years now and wouldn’t use anyone else. I also love that everything is compostable or recyclable, and if you send back the box liners to keep the products frozen, you get a voucher to use off your next order, so win win and highly recommended!!!!”

“My dog loves Naturaw! I find it better than other raw food brands because it does not become too liquidity after it is thawed and my dog did not get any tummy issues. I like that it comes in small package sizes (500g) and they have a wide range of choices of meat. Delivery is also reliable.”

“My dog loves the raw food from Naturaw. She barks when I am dishing it up - she can’t wait . And I love the recyclable packaging too . The subscription with a free bag of treats and free postage and packing is great and the £5 voucher on returning the wool liners is a great idea .”

“Unfortunately, let down again by a poor and unreliable delivery service. Unable to get hold of the courier by phone and the website information continues to show the food is out for delivery that day, but it still doesn't arrive. The packaging clearly states 'frozen food must be delivered today', but sadly ignored”
