“I appreciate this company. It is one of the few that I've grown to trust and order from. Every thing from being transparent about the ingredients to the clinical dosage is very important to me. There is one thing that I'm hoping will be able to be 'fixed' (since you asked), but I can work around it. I'm a platinum member, but there is some confusion as to my reward points. When I order online or on the phone the ones from the phone orders do not get tallied with the ones from online orders. So even when I know that I have reward points if I go online to make a purchase the online account has no record of them. If I want to use them I have to make a phone purchase. Actually, to be honest, I have always enjoyed making phone purchases because not only are the customer representatives friendly and helpful, but you can actually recognize their names from previous conversations! I like that very much. These are local people who don't come and go. Even when my birthday card arrives each year from Nature City I recognize many of the names of the people who sign it as having helped me on the phone. Thank you Nature City for being real people!”

“Your web-site is difficult to use. I do not want a monthly subscription. I prefer to order several bottles at once. I travel and it is difficult to have a subscription. I will call and try to correct this issue.”
