“I love your products and trust them. I love that you answer email questions and that I can talk to a real person when I call and I can understand what they're saying. I love how pleasant everyone is. My one problem is that I have difficulty getting my rewards when ordering online Again and again, I've had to leave my order in the cart and phone for someone to place the order for me”

“I will be 79 years old next month, am in good health, and give my Nature City friends a hearty thank you for your products which I have been using for 3 1/2 years after a neighbor recommended them. I like to take only natural products, and the fact that you are in my home state is a plus, along with great customer service and the rewards discounts I get from being a customer. Also, I receive my order in a few days. (^o^)”

“I think Nature City products are excellent. However, I struggle with your website and its functionality. I think you have made the rewards program much too complicated and navigating how to use it is extremely confusing. As a result, I am not getting what I earn through the rewards program. My personal opinion is that it is not user friendly.”

“I am using this for osteoporsis. For 30 years I used another raw calcium product by another company, but saw that his product was recommended by Vivien Goldsmidth so I am giving it a try for 2 years until my next bone density test. I really won't know anything until then. Your product is somewhat more expensive and doesn't have the proprietary vegetable and fruit elements from the other product I used before. But as I said, it came highly recommended by the Save Institute by Vivien Goldsmidth whose spelling I know I have botched.”
