I am very sorry for the delay to your order. The 5KL should have been on the out-of-stock report which retailers like us receive from the Schwegler importers, but it was not, and so I was unaware that this item was not available until the end of the month.
If you would rather order elsewhere, I will be very happy to cancel the order and refund the money. I am very sorry not to have chased this up sooner.

Dear Michael,
I'm sorry we could not ship your Schwegler 1FR. New stocks were due to arrive in the country around the time you ordered, so we did not expect there to be a problem. Stocks did arrive that very day, in fact but the stock that arrived from Germany did not cover all of the backorders at my suppliers, which are being sent out by date-order. I'm sorry I did not foresee that there would be insufficient stocks to cover the backorders.
There have been lots of Schwegler stock problems since Brexit was announced, unfortunately. If you would rather try to order elsewhere, I will refund your payment immediately.
