“I ordered a bird box and counter in autumn 2015 and it arrived very promptly. In spring 2016 the counter started showing random characters which Dominic thought might be water ingress - the only one ever reported to him. He sent a replacement counter and a stamped envelope to return the the faulty counter. Excellent support service and customer care. The counter gives a really good indication as to what is happening in the box - siting on eggs, feeding chicks or over wintering. Therefore this Dec (2016) I ordered a bat box and counter during the offer of free box with a counter but have yet to receive it - hope it arrives by Christmas as it is a present. I will write another review once it has arrived and been in use for a while.”

“The Batscanner seems an ideal beginners bat detector and very portable. It has a sensitive mike that can detect bats some distance away, through trees - and it rapidly locks onto their frequency . It's brilliant for use in our community woodland to bring a whole new dimension to evening walks. The only downside is that as it is not tuneable, i is harder to do advanced species ID.”
“Excellent service! I needed the order fulfilled within a week. Although the website didn't make clear if the stock was available or delivery time (which is room for improvement), I subsequently received a call to confirm these, I finalised the order and the delivery was received the following morning! Overall, the prices were lower than Amazon, delivery was faster, and it was free (due to the order size). I would strongly recommend this site for supply of nature survey equipment!”
“The order was reasonably simple to place. However there was some confusion about the stock items. The bat boxes were competetively priced. All communication by mobile phone and email was dealt with very quickly and informatively. The courier was informative in its first attempted delivery. However when they finally received the items they turned up on the door rather unexpectedly when I had expected some prior tracking email or text.”
“As I hadn't ordered from Nature counters before, when I didn't receive email confirmation of my order I emailed Dominic requesting confirmation. When I didn't receive a reply and it hadn't arrived after 4 days I was concerned.
I went to the website and was a little reassured to see that my order was listed as pending and I rang Dominic. I was reassured by him that it should have been dispatched and he would check and ring me back.
I had no message from Dominic and was about to try again when my my order arrived this morning about 7 days from ordering.
I'm now very pleased but I would have been less anxious if I'd received emails or something confirming my order and delivery timescale.

Dear Mrs. Kloezeman,
I am terribly sorry for the lacking communication. When you rang, I checked that your order had been despatched, which my warehouse team had dealt with straight away, but I failed to get back to you on the phone as I should have done, and all I can do is apologise. I have been away at customer sites every day recently and have not been as responsive as usual.
As regards your follow up e-mail, I'm afraid I did not recognise the e-mail sender of your company name and mistook your email for phishing spam from the sender name alone, I'm afraid. I am very sorry about that, and will try not to make that mistake again.
I'm afraid I cannot explain why your parcel took so long to arrive. It was despatched by 1st Class recorded mail on 20th November, and did not arrive until 27th November, but there is no further information available from the post office to see why it took so long. Shall I try to take this up with the Hoylake distribution office for you?
I will contact you directly to arrange some compensation for the delayed delivery.
