“I have a question about and reservations about recent orders; first the delivery was seem odd compared to my previous orders. Then my questioning the product authenticity and ingredients of claims in the product! The reason I’m questioning is that, the product package had what it looks like it had another or a second covering label put on the tin which seems unnecessary if the original packaging or company label is in English ?!!”

Dear H Thanks for your question and your custom. As Naturelo products are formulated and made in the US, we have to apply the UK label to comply with UK food regulations. For example, in the US, they have different standard RDAs called "DVs". We, in the UK have NRVs. So we need to update the table to show the %NRV not %DVs. We also need to include mandatory information in the different format and wording. The only way we can do this at present is to apply the additional label. I hope this explains why we need to apply the sticker label. We are the only licenced provider of Naturelo supplements in the UK and Ireland.
