“Firstly this is a great camera.
I bought it mainly for its remote wifi connection.
However the WiFi connection is not straight forward and can be frustrating at times when trying to connect.
But when it works it’s fine. My tips are don’t get frustrated when trying to get the WiFi working.
The linkage is slow in setting up
It is best linked in an area where other WiFi systems are weak as it can get drowned out by local WiFi routers
It can take up to 1 minute for the link to engage
If you get repeated failures then switch the camera off and at the same time close your Wildlife nature spy app. Wait 5 mins and start again. Do this in a WiFi quiet area and keep within 5 metres of the camera. Otherwise your phone will automatically switch to the strongest local WiFi signal and not the camera
The software does work but it appears to be glitchy and you basically have to manually connect all the time.
Stick with it and you will get there eventually.”

“The camera works really well and is easy to use. The first time used as a trial at home we discovered that me not only had 2 hedghogs in our garden but that they were mating pair. I like that you can get a still picture before the recoding starts as it helps to note what has triggered the camera and where to focus my attention. It is also good that you can alter the length of time the camera records for depending on what the camera is being used for e.g. just numbers and variety of animals or behaviours etc.”
“The NatureSpy camera works really well. It is placed in a small area of the garden of our holiday house which has a lot of wildlife and it is fun to see which animals visit our garden, especially during the night. It is easy to log into and see the recordings and it is also nice to see the garden live with all the sounds of birds that visit.”

“This is my second wildlife camera, the last one was a bit budget. I'm a keen gardener & wildlife lover. I decided that this time I'd like to step up a little and go for one which gives me an opportunity to view activity from the comfort of home, so bought direct from NatureSpy, and am using the CamoJoJo app. You get 7 days free sim coverage, and I am loving it. I'll probably go for the annual sim pack rather than monthly, with max allowance. It's simple to set up, extremely easy to use & the build quality is great. The overall price was excellent considering what it delivers. a few suggestions as a UK user (eg not likely to see bears, wolves etc) and will be letting the developers know my thoughts after a bit longer usage time, as that for me is the really important bit. The purchase was quick, delivery very quick, and communication with them also great throughout and post purchase.
