“Kava I bought some Kava and it was good. Tbh I thought it would be more overpowering from some reviews saying it was an alternative to alcohol and just videos of people fully gone whilst on it. My experience using it I was really relaxed and just felt a calm and happy feeling nothing like weed or alcohol just felt uplifted. I took about 7ml recommend dose is like 5ml but I was really sore after a intense 2 hour workout and it helped relax my muscles.”
