"I strongly urge anyone who is reading this review to not purchase anything from Natuzzi.\n\nI am an average earning person who saved up weeks of wages to purchase a sofa from Natuzzi with the idea that it would be a long term purchase.\n\nWe went to the Uddingston store just outside of Glasgow and were shown a fabric 3 seat recliner. we really liked it but wanted it in leather. They did not have a leather version in store and nor were we shown a leather sofa that would have been reflective of the one we wanted to purchase. Trusting that it would be as good quality as the fabric sofa, we went ahead and purchased the leather version of the same sofa for around \u00a32800 inc delivery.\n\nTo be fair, delivery was on time and service was good up until this point.\n\nAfter using our sofa for a mere 2 to 3 months, we noticed that the leather was sagging and creasing excessively. It seemed as if their was a deficient amount of foam in the cushions and therefore the leather was not fitted around the foam to give it a smooth finish, instead the leather was sagging. Not too dissimilar from wearing an oversized glove and how it would look if it wasn't fitted around the fingers.\n\nWe emailed them and sent pictures, and after a few weeks, they sent a technician who agreed that the sofa did not look healthy. He proceeded to fill extra foam into one of the cushions and over inflated it. One side of the sofa, although it looked smooth, now looked bulky and over compromised, whilst the other cushion still looked saggy and creased. He assured us it would settle and it never did.\n\nWe wanted to return it at this point. We were not happy with a sofa that looked withered, saggy on one side and bulky over inflated on the other.\n\nThey sent out technician number 2 who said that the first technician had put in too much foam and that has distorted the shape of the cushion. We were unhappy and annoyed at this point and refused any further alterations in case it was messed up further. we just wanted to return it at this point.\n\nStill not agreeing to this, technician 3 was sent out, again after weeks. All he did was remove the extra foam that was put in by technician 1 and left it looking even more saggy than before as the leather had stretched even more because of the excess foam that had inflated it.\n\nWe now have an expensive sofa that is looking old, withered and saggy. It looks like skin that is sagging around old cheekbones. Surely Natuzzis sofas should have a standardised amount of foam in their cushions that doesn't allow the leather to sag and at the same time doesn't inflate the leather to the point where it looks like it is going to burst.\n\nDuring this whole process, calls were not returned, emails were not replied to and staff were rudely dismissive of our concerns.\n\nPlease save your hard earned money and avoid dissatisfaction and stress. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NATUZZI.\n\nI have a gallery of pictures to support my review. I am not sure how to attach them to this review.\n\nRegards\n\nAdnan Ali\nGlasgow"
