Honestly, my experience wasn't great. You said you did custom colors, so I asked for something on the lavender-to-purple scale (my daughter's favorite colors). I got a mail from them with the top half purple and the bottom lavender, which was actually pretty cool, asking me what I thought, but then further down my e-mail box was a notice that it was already sent. So you had asked for feedback, which was great, but then sent it less than a day later, before I had a chance to respond. And then when I got it, it had clearly been painted layer over layer to the point where it was hard to see any of the details on the figurine. Maybe it had already been painted blue, and then got painted twice more in the purple/lavender experiment? So I can't say you did anything wrong. I got a lavender figure, as requested. You asked for feedback. You got it in the mail ASAP. But I wasn't honestly happy with the result. Definitely wouldn't order from you again. Sorry!

We were happy with our purchase but as a U.K. customer we were stung with a hidden customs charge. The post office held the item until we paid £40 to release it, so beware!

We are sorry that you were surprised by your country's VAT charges. We include a disclaimer under the "Shiping Information" section of each product that alerts customers to this. "International Orders: We ship international! Orders to countries outside of the US (and sometimes Hawaii and Alaska as well) are shipped via United States Postal Service. Your country may charge you import fees of VAT taxes that are not included in the shipping price. We recommend that you look to see if you are subject to any additional fees prior to purchasing this item, as we are not responsible for paying any additional fees."

It's cute for a fake resin deer. It's small- ish so don't think you're going to be getting this big over the fireplace piece. It's fun to decorate on Christmas with lights on the antlers.:) But it's overpriced far as I'm concerned. But it was a Christmas present so what are you going to do? All and all the hubby likes it.

It's pretty good. One antler doesn't fit flush. And an ear broke off with a bit of a nudge but I super glued it back on. Smaller than I imagined also. But yeah it's what I get for shopping online

I really love the look of both pieces I purchased. However they are not the sturdiest pieces. I had issues screwing the horns of the antlers all the way on so they would stay. One antler continues to drop. And one longhorn horn fell off and broke prior to hanging. Though they are gorgeous pieces. Just not incredibly sturdy.
