An absolute nightmare. What used to be an enjoyable experience cooking for friends and family, I now dread. My roast potatoes never crisp up, no matter what setting I use, they take forever. Been asked to cook a pavlova for a special occasion, have no idea where to start, what setting to use. it’s just so obscure, so much for modern technology. Is it possible to have a refund, been tearing my hair out for the last six months.

Purchased Neff built in double oven model u1ace2hwob from John Lewis end Jan 2019 fan failed when only 2 weeks old John Lewis were very good told me that I had 3 choices replace,repair,or refund, as it was under thirty day old.

I ordered an extra shelf for the oven on 2nd January. I got an email on the 3rd stating item had been despatched. A week later I got a full refund. Nothing to say why. Their website showed in stock. I emailed them to find out why and my emailed was ignored
