How do you change the lightbulb in a glide and slide neff oven when the light cover won't turn anticlockwise like the instructions say. I don't want to pay the £106 for the engineer to come out to change a bulb! thanks

I purchased a Neff Hob in August
last evening it started to buzz and completely cut of my supply of electricity showing fault “E” on the hob.
i called Neff first thing this morning taking 20 mins to get through then got cut of called again another 25 mins
to then be told an engineer would not be here until the 17th December
this is so bad i explained that if he couldn’t fix it i would have no hobb for over the christmas period .
The young lady didn’t seem bothered at all
i can’t believe that you buy an appliance which was purchased in August 2018 that would even go wrong in three months..
With very limited engineers to come out to check it out...

Probably none. Call them and they will lie and find a way to not accept any fault. will tire you out then claim you are shouting, typical instructions given by large corporations that do not want to accept liability
