“I started with neotrades because they offer a range of different shares. Honestly, i didnt know that you can trade arabic shares too, so it was interesting for me. So, i diversified my portfolio with UAE and Saudi stocks. Depo and withdrawals work fine too. Overall, broker is good, but not great! Customer service takes up too much time to respond. Im a type of person, who cant stand waiting, i just cant tolerate it…”

“Certainly, Neotrades is an interesting broker… but they should definitely rethink their initial deposit requirements for opening a real trading account. For the standard account, you need to deposit at least $1000, which is a bit on the high side if you compare it to other brokers. Honestly, I don’t understand why they have made this decision…
On the good side, the platform offers great features for social trading and an excellent market range for independent trading, and I like the analytics centre. Each day, new trade ideas are available with decent technical analysis.”

“I decided to invest in PAMM accounts and the yield is pretty good. Nevertheless, the problem is that managers charge high commissions. Neotrades has to control their requirements.”

“I tried Neotrades, and honestly, it's just average. The platform itself is easy to use, but execution speed can be frustrating at times. Deposits and withdrawals work fine, but I expected better spreads. Customer support? Not great—sometimes you wait too long for a response, which can be annoying when you need quick help.
