About PILOT:

Having first opened it's doors in 1984 Pilot has been at the for front of men's and women's fashion in the Midlands.

The shop has occupied some of the most historical building in the centre of Leicester and it now resided in an old pharmacy on the High Street.
The mission of the shop through out the years has been to outfit the local population in hard to find forward thinking fashion and now the online store has taken this ethic to a wider audience worldwide.
Pilot the online store was established over ten years ago and in that time we have seen the website grow from a small site with a few brands on it to the multi branded store we have now.

The sandals had scratches on them so i was not happy with them and that's why i returned them back

long sleeve t shirt looked like it was worn before and had two stains on back accidentally ripped tag so couldn't return it

I placed an order for next day delivery, yet you were unable to go through with it and extended the date to an additional 2/3 days. Alongside this, the way in which the delivery was presented was not good enough as the delivery man/women could have easily left the item with a neighbor (like any idle person would do) and would atleast leave a note to confirm they were at my house instead of doing it via email.

My experience, disappointed with the site, you could do better whereby I don’t have to call your office whenever an trying to buy something otherwise what’s the point of online shopping if I have to call your office all the time

Paid for a Saturday delivery, courier said they tried to deliver but did not. Attempted to deliver again Monday but instead delivered to another house on my street (without my permission) who I rarely see the occupants so not sure where the parcel is. Emailed NET direct Monday but no response.

Clothing is made for 5 year old even though I ordered large! Hangs by the knee instead of in the ground. Horrible!

Delivery by dpd is radiciles. I receive message " your delivery is already in parmas food shop" i went to the shop three times and there is nothing for me .... im not happy at all!!

Rubbish you sent me 2 emails which looked like you were goin to give me 10% off because I put it in my cart and did not purchase the jacket and when I came to use it you said it wasn't valid on the jacket what was point in sending me it then ???

The size of the item purchased is smaller than the size ordered and stated on the website. I'm still awaiting a reply to the message I sent them regarding this? To add to the frustration it was a Christmas gift for a friend.

The purchase was completed well and the delivery came on time. However, I used quidco to get cash back on the product and now I'm in a complaint between quidco and net clothing and net clothing are not responding to my emails

They advertised products that they didn't have, then took 2 days to tell me about it with the audacity to ask if I wanted a refund for it as if I might let them keep my money. That was 3 days ago and I still haven't received anything. These man are clowns.

Shoes delivered appeared as if they had been worn already multiple times and were therefore in a poor condition. Still awaiting response as to them issuing me a refund.

10th March 2016 Dear NetClothing, Re: Netclothing order # 100017601? As discussed with Ben over the phone yesterday, I ordered these Paul Smith shoes which arrived in the post yesterday, and immediately upon opening the packaging, it was evident that these are clearly a pair of shoes well worn or have been on display for a long time. The rubber at the bottom has dirt and lots of scratch marks. The leather is clearly a different colour at the head of one of the shoes, either from rain or too much sunlight. The leather is creased (from someone crouching or kneeling with the shoes on!) and there is a big black mark along the side of one of the shoes. I have sent an email to sales@netclothing.net following an initial discussion with Claire and I have included pictures of what I have described above. I can understand that these shoes were on sale and that they may have been sampled once or twice but with all due respect, this pair has clearly been well worn and not of acceptable quality to be sold as a new pair of shoes. Going back and forth to the post office and having to repackage these shoes is really not a good use of my time and had I known that this is the product quality to be expected from NetClothing, then I would have never bought these shoes in the first place. I am not a happy customer and I do not think Paul Smith would want their products to be sold in this way either. I have returned them to NetClothing by post yesterday. Regards, Deacon Lee

3 times I'd request you leave my order with a neighbour 3 times you've failed to do so .... Totally incompetent Very poor service
