About PILOT:

Having first opened it's doors in 1984 Pilot has been at the for front of men's and women's fashion in the Midlands.

The shop has occupied some of the most historical building in the centre of Leicester and it now resided in an old pharmacy on the High Street.
The mission of the shop through out the years has been to outfit the local population in hard to find forward thinking fashion and now the online store has taken this ethic to a wider audience worldwide.
Pilot the online store was established over ten years ago and in that time we have seen the website grow from a small site with a few brands on it to the multi branded store we have now.

“Absolutely fantastic service and product! Product was half the price of anywhere else which made me suspicious of the how legit the company was. From the moment I clicked buy, I was fulfilled with confidence. I received notification of purchase, followed by a future discount offer, followed by an update on despatch of my product and details of a great Interlink express delivery service which u can track with a live tracking service. Giving you an hour timeframe and allowing you to change your delivery address and date if required, even on the day! Brilliant and very pleased with product. I will certainly use again! :)”

“I was impressed with the speed of service. I was looking to buy a shirt and Pilot and another site had it in stock. I knew I was getting close to the cut off period to getting it for the weekend. I tweeted Pilot and the other store. Pilot replied back within minutes and the other store the next day. That is brilliant customer service and they have definitely found a new customer.”

“Excellent company, not only was the item absolutely superb, but the delivery very fast. I then confused them with a second identical order, and e mailed to point out it was a different second order. They replied to my e mail the same day, and rushed the order through to arrive again the next day. You can easily give good feedback to a company when all goes without a hiccup, but I find it is better to judge a company by how they respond to the customer when there is a problem,... and this company were FANTASTIC! Many larger companies out there could learn ALOT from these people. Decent, and totally trustworthy. Thanks again Claire and Netclothing by Pilot. I will certainly be returning, again.”
