“ Ordered a dress online that was on sale. The dress was too small. When I tried to have it exchanged I was told on sale dresses and not eligible for exchange or refund. BEWARE!!! If a dress is only sale , it is Not eligible for exchange or refund!! It is a final sale even though it does not say that when advertised ”

“ Very disappointed. The return is not easy as stated at all. It will cost me almost 100 dolar to ship . And arround 100 to 200 for tax . And the refund is not guaranteed although the dress was defective. ”

“ No other site gives you such a short amount of time to try on the dress. Also, they force you to either get a store credit or an exchange. There is no option for a refund. Never going to buy from here again. ”

There is boning in the bust of the dress. If I knew there was boning I would neber have ordered it. The dress description did not state that. “ NO REFUND POLICY - only credit. Pay attention to the terms and shop elsewhere. I bought dresses from 5 other on-line stores all offered refunds. Nothing outstanding about their options so search the internet more carfully ”

“ They are dishonest,I bought a dress on line and it was not fitting me ,I returned it they giving me hard time for my refund,trying to give me gift card instead of refunding me and the dress was expensive Don’t trust this company ”
