“ No other site gives you such a short amount of time to try on the dress. Also, they force you to either get a store credit or an exchange. There is no option for a refund. Never going to buy from here again. ”

“ One star from me. The dress I ordered did not fit well. And they have the most ridiculous return policy and process. Unfortunately, I cannot get a refund and have to use store credit if my return is approved so unfortunately I'll probably have to use them again but otherwise I would definitely NOT buy from them again. ”

“ I was fully aware of your return policy before placing my order. I ordered a dress size eight. Upon arrival i unpackaged it and it was beautiful. The fit was horrible. There is boning in the bust of the dress. If I knew there was boning I would neber have ordered it. The dress description did not state that.
