The second time, the order arrived incomplete, and when I contacted you, I was informed that the missing item was unavailable and that a refund would be issued. This put me in a difficult situation right before the occasion, and I had to search for another dress.

I asked for a refund because the dress does not fit and they told me I am not eligible for a refund because the dress is on sale. I was not aware of this and it’s really not good customer service experience I only bought the dress because I thought it would look like the picture it doesn’t at all and I’m not asking for anything but my money back .

They wouldn't cancel the order after I recieved a refund notice thinking a previous order was out of stock. Now I will have an extra dress that I do not need. Read the fine print! Another website clearly says final sale on the page of the dress. It's mostly my fault, but I would have appreciated a little grace in this matter and would've considered them for future purchases.
