Complete ripoff. Dress looked pretty online, showed up looking like a giant bathroom loofa. Tried to “easily return” to find out that they won’t return it at all. FALSE ADVERTISING AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. ”

In addition, I wasn't aware returns should be made within 7 days of receiving the item AND they don't offer a refund, instead an exchange or store credit. Reputable companies offer a 30 day exchange or refund. Maybe promoting wrong measurements is a tactic. I will never order from this company again! ”

“ The listing said easy returns. After receiving the dress which is defective it says exchanges or store credit only. That is not a return. That is an exchange of credit. This is fake advertising. I need a refund. ”
