“Ordered their product once and loved. Just bought the wife a new car so I ordered the carbon flex along with $200 dollars worth of other product. It’s been 8 business days and I still haven’t received a notice that it’s been shipped and the product hasn’t been delivered. I’ve reached out via email and text multiple times and keep getting computer generated responses. I was able to reach someone once several days ago and they told me my product would ship the next day but it’s now 4 days later and still nothing. They have basically stole my money at this point. If I could rate them a zero I would. Not because of the product. It because they have no way to reach anyone When I call now it tells me no agents available. Been like that four days in a row all day. If you’re worried about your money, do not place orders with these people.”
