“I order five 5" round white clothes pads from next at6$ plus 5.49 shipping charge (11.49) but only received one pad the shippers (DHL) I'm very disappointed, because in the pass I had oder alot of products for my vehicle from your company but something when wrong from either your end or the shippers.”
“I ordered the pkg with the low impact soaper and they sent me 3 and billed me for 3. I have emailed them 4 times with no response. It doesn't matter how good the product is if the customer service is awful, and this customer service is AWFUL”
“Ordered their product once and loved. Just bought the wife a new car so I ordered the carbon flex along with $200 dollars worth of other product. It’s been 8 business days and I still haven’t received a notice that it’s been shipped and the product hasn’t been delivered. I’ve reached out via email and text multiple times and keep getting computer generated responses. I was able to reach someone once several days ago and they told me my product would ship the next day but it’s now 4 days later and still nothing. They have basically stole my money at this point. If I could rate them a zero I would. Not because of the product. It because they have no way to reach anyone When I call now it tells me no agents available. Been like that four days in a row all day. If you’re worried about your money, do not place orders with these people.”
“I inadvertently placed an order not knowing that the wrong delivery address was indicated. I immediately sent an email asking to have the delivery address changed. I sent another email the very next morning. I finally received an email that afternoon stating that the order was labeled, but not sent and could not change the address and I had to contact USPD. I contacted USPD in Milpitas, CA. and CO. After a few phone calls they told me they couldn’t change the address and for me to request to return to sender. Now I see an email saying Nexgen refuse package and sent it back to 3040 Teller St. Wheatridge, CO. 80033. I am currently at 2245 Shiloh Ave. Milpitas, CA. 95035, where all my other purchases were sent. This is where I want the package sent as I directed again once I knew the package was returned.”
