Little bit of an unfair review. The fact you returned your item back to our warehouse with no note or copy of your invoice enclosed delayed the returns process and was only aware you posted this back to us when you called. I have sent you an email before you have left review confirming your refund has been processed and will reflect back on your original payment card within 3-5 working days.
“My order no:11585359 made on 22June Saturday arrived on Wednesday 26 June can hardly be described as Next day delivery and does not justify charge of £5+.

Thank you for leaving us a review. As you placed your order over the weekend it was dispatched first thing Monday morning. Your order tried to be delivered on Tuesday at 17.35pm and no one was available to sign for the item. Delivery was then reattempted on Wednesday when you received your order.
