“The service is quick, certainly next day. My only quibble is that the search function is pretty weak, for instance using the part number that appears on the invoice does not bring up the part on the website - frustrating!!”
“The items were very well priced and seem to be of good quality. The turnaround was quick and the service good. The one nitpick I will offer is that although they emailed me to say the order was complete, they didn't actually say that it had been dispatched. Not the end of the world but it meant that I missed the first delivery attempt! Apart from that everything is OK!”

Unfortunately driver delivered to an elderly neighbour and did not leave a card telling me, causing my neighbour some bother.
As to the goods, it would help if there was some way of telling the matte front from the back.”
“Only problem was disk gave did nothing so I had to install the drivers myself via troubleshoot and I purchased Saturday delivery but as it was over 6 they said they would refund it... and still no refund for Saturday delivery”
“Contacted co. using online chat for advice on GPU, they recommended a GPU for my XPS system, which I bought. Contacted Co. after I checked online photos of the GPU and compared with my existing failing GPU and confirmed this wouldn't fit my system (early system). Accepted for return and refunded me. Would recommend on customer service alone, but also good prices when compared to other co's for same item ordered!”
