Ordered and paid for 3 items in sale. Email stated would be over 2 weeks delivery. On day due email advising delayed. Next day email received stating items returned and refund given! This never happened. Called Next,adviser said all 3 items damaged in transit so refund sent. Be more transparent please. You took too many orders and never had enough stock. Asked if I could reorder guess what? Not in stock.

Bought a nice designer doormat from Next that was described as easily washable. Unfortunately it didn't have a label on the underside warning to only use wool setting so it got damaged. Wanted to order an identical one. Website claims one week delivery yet we've been strung along for 3 weeks now. It's looking more like a drop shipping operation with goods not even being in the UK.

Not to be trusted, was guaranteed a date for flower delivery, these have still not been delivered. Disgusted by Next , avoid at all costs.

Account in credit (my money) and was refused to buy an item in store because there is apparently a hold on my account! I could buy there online and order for home delivery but they couldn’t sell me it at the counter! Staff shouted that my account was on hold, turned the screen around for the queue to see and called a manager over who was less than helpful.

On the first appoint for replacement they had a problem with the lorry so no show, week after the delivery came shocked to see the driver with one box with 2 chairs instead of 4 when Opened the box to our surprise it’s the same colour of the chairs which we were returning on the day.

I experience the worst with my beds delivery my kids need to sleep on the sofa for 4 nights and paid 1500 pound for these beds and because of their fault I need to wait 4 days.

I bought goods £110 ,but confusion from Next on delivery, no tracking number given on order acknowledgement ,am told delivery 29th today evri ,but no contact from evri ?? , can't track no order ref tracking given , disapointed with Next, won't shop again ,it's easy Next get organised ,get your delivery evri to contact customer , disapointed with Next.

0 stars they deserve seriously guys unless you want a nervous breakdown DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM !! I ordered on the 3 rd of January 2022 and paid for Next day delivery that NEVER HAPPENED AND ONLY delivered HALF OF MY PARCEL!!After phoning up; you get some imbeciles ,who can’t spell you have to dictate like children the letters,you get a cynical cow saying !!the couriers have problems need to given more time(so If you are working think twice) I had to tell them if tomorrow you don’t deliver my parcel I will chase the refund with my bank seriously A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL AND NEVER AGAIN I WILL ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM
