Where is their 'depot' in Edinburgh? Furniture ordered in August, scheduled for delivery October. Then rescheduled for early November, couldn't deliver - don't know why. Damaged en-route to depot. Have to remake, new delivery in 12 weeks. Is this a joke?

Customer Number: A2S17286 Selfserve Number: 37292172860 Hi i placed an order with NEXT and to my surprise i received a text saying i need to call Next. I called and the advisor asked questions after questions and then she wanted to open my credit file to ask further questions. I refused that and then she said she is going to cancel my order and close my account as i refused the internal security. Why i need to give NEXT my information for a cash sale. Do you ask for personal information when people visit you in store, Its identity theft and fraud attempt. I will appreciate an immediate response int he matter. Thank You
