Apparently testing showed no fault and where do I stand now? No toaster to prove it is faulty, a refund back to my Next account when I would’ve preferred it into my bank account and not even a gesture of a voucher for a very very regular customer.

I’ve always liked shopping with Next UK, but the refund process has been extremely frustrating.

SCAM WEBSITE. Made a bank transfer for a sofa early in July, the order was cancelled as they claim they didn´t receive the transfer in time despite being withint the timeframe they specified in the order. 3 months later I still can´t get my money back, no refund process, and very frustating customer service, no updating of accounts, no internal communication at whatsoever.

Just got an email saying “we’ve received your returns” … what returns ?! I haven’t even received anything, nevermind returning! Customer service just gave me a lame excuse “sorry , but we had an issue with our curriers, you’ll get a full refund “ I wanted my items not a refund.

Very disappointed in slow refunds always having to chase last order was complet wrong and contained goods i hadnt ordered and good i had were.missing still chasing my refund which is nearly £300 pounds i expect only half of refunds will show and I will have to chase again rubbish service

The service has been abysmal and i have been forced to shop elsewhere due to the huge delays in your logistics and the very slow refund and customer service experience from abroad whith which i found very hard to understand due to the language and accent barriers.

I then requested a refund for my items but needed to be transferred to another team, who then needed to ‘investigate’ my case.

They just don't care! Ive tried to cancel an order and get a refund as the delivery to store was 6 days, which was too long as I'm travelling before then.

0 ⭐️! As many people already shared, this is a zero stars company with zero stars customer service. Tracking says delivered, there is no package 📦 anywhere, probably they threw it over a fence somewhere else (they’re using the cheapest most horrible courrier service available of course)… if you contact “their” customer service - outsourced in INDIA! - they’ll be telling you for over a week it could be up to 3 days, let’s see how long these 3 days can take! Either way, no refund, no bother to find the package, and will not resend you your items either… so careful if you’re not willing to risk it and see if you actually receive what you’ve paid for…
