Returns - Difficult

Returns system is useless - you get charged £2.50 from the return. You can only book a collection from home - selected a Friday and get an hours notice that Evri (a rubbish courier, so bad it had to change its name) is coming Thursday (when no-one is in). Am I getting charged a second time to arrange another collection when Evri can change at a whim.

Next should be telling there suppliers what they want all we wanted was to sit on a cushion that returns to original shape.

Returns are even worse, email to say collected, then waiting weeks for refunds, not even the full items in the returns parcel, should be refunded in full for it all.

Just got an email saying “we’ve received your returns” … what returns ?! I haven’t even received anything, nevermind returning! Customer service just gave me a lame excuse “sorry , but we had an issue with our curriers, you’ll get a full refund “ I wanted my items not a refund.

Account in credit (my money) and was refused to buy an item in store because there is apparently a hold on my account! I could buy there online and order for home delivery but they couldn’t sell me it at the counter! Staff shouted that my account was on hold, turned the screen around for the queue to see and called a manager over who was less than helpful. I emailed Next to complain, their response your account is in credit please call us to refund or we’ll keep it in your account, nothing else ! Abdominal service. To add, they changed their unlimited delivery and returns contracts so now even though you purchased for both theyonly deliver for free and now charge for returns!

Disappointing for Next.... Been a customer for over 20 years and paid the subscription charge 22.50 annual free for deliveries and collections and now being told there is a standard 2.50 for each collection . I spend over 1,000 each year on Next items and have a courier dropping off an order tomorrow and yet if I give them a returns will be charged... Daylight robbery, will be shopping elsewhere in future

AND to top it all off, decided I couldn’t be bothered with it all and wanted to return but they don’t offer free postal returns? A huge company like Next taking a fee to return doesn’t sit right with me.

On Next website it says: If you wish to return your parcel by post, please call 0333 777 4574 and have your Selfserve number ready. We will send you a pre-paid returns label. Be CAREFULL the returns are NOT FREE, the will deduct £2 from your refund!!! They are MISLEADING customers!!!

They are very slow with returns, probably because so many items are returned. Many clothes on sale are a exceptionally bad fit even new items are not as good as they use to be I do not purchase as many clothes from them because the fit keeps changing, especially trousers. Courier is always late or does not show up at all even though I paid for unlimited delivery will not be paying for Next year.
