“Ordered tyres - received tyres (as described). Delivery times, packaging and - most important - package were all satisfactory and the price was the most competitive I could find on the internet. The web site search was easy and provided lots of alternative options meaning that choice was not restricted to a single manufacturer or brand,”

“Great website layout, easy to follow. Best improvement you could make would be to allow allocation of a 'safe place' for deliveries if people aren't at home. I live a minimum 15 miles round trip from Royal Mail office - and have had to drive 60 miles in the past to other courier offices.”

“As a mountain bike instructor its important that I get replacement equipment fast. Next day tyres had what I needed in stock and despatched it quickly. Just a pity Royal Mail's 24hr service seems to translate to 48hrs.”

“Do exactly as they say and deliver the next day. The particular tyres I bought were not any cheaper than anywhere else (they are the Nobby Nics 2015 model so at a premium) but were instead cheaper by proxy as I didn't have to pay an additional delivery charge.”

“Two tyres arrived the next day as expected, which are great. I was surprised at the enormous box they arrived in though, seems a little wasteful, although I'm no expert on how tyres should be packaged. The info against the tyre I ordered for my 29er mountain bike was great as it helped me work out if they would fit my 17mm rims.”

“Wide range of tyres, many, many options which can be a bit bewildering, but a lit of perseverance pays dividend. Good prices and stunning delivery. Ordered one day, delivered the next. Will use again.”

“I can't believe the size of the box that a bike tyre and 2 inner tubes for my 26" bike was packed in. It wouldn't fit into the car without breaking it down, otherwise everything was fine.”
