“Very good service, the only thing is that the tyres were not delivered next day. I ordered on Monday lunchtime and they arrived on thursday. I live on the IOM which normally adds 1 day. So I expected these tyres on Wednesday. So a day later than my expectation but nevertheless a good service and I would use you again. Thanks”

“Website is easy to use, there is a good selection of tyres and sizes, competitive pricing and free 1st class postage; however, Royal Mail let them down - the tyres were ordered on Monday evening, posted on Tuesday morning but did not arrive until Friday!”

“My Schwalbe Marathon Plus 28x1.75 tyre arrived next day as ordered. Great service. My only complaint is that the tyre was folded and tied with two thin cable ties. This put kinks in the metal bead of the tyre which were difficult to straighten. In future wide tape, (maybe 2" wide parcel tape), should be used to avoid this (kinking) of the metal wire bead. All in all though the Company seems to be a responsible and good trader. I will definitely place repeat orders with them. Terry Toye, Dorset, UK.”

“Ordered tyres on a Sunday and they arrived 2 days later. Not the cheapest online for the tyres i required, but they were one of the few companies that did have the right size in stock, so all in all a good all round service.”

“As far as the delivery and service are concerned it was straight forward . I didn't order until 9:25 pm so didn't expect next day delivery but they arrived a day later which is fine. This compares well with most cycling sites but internet service is becoming so good these days that to be classed as very good you need to offer tracking(DPD are an excellent courier as far as this is concerned) and /or delivery time slots (at extra cost, ofcourse). For those at work a time slot can mean saving a lot of money not having to take time off to accept the parcel. If you've got a neighbour who can accept the parcel then you don't need that extra service, but the very good sites -not necessarily cycling sites - do offer this option these days. I hasten to add that compared with most other cycling sites the service compares well on this my only order so far. I bought Stan's Doc Blue Sealant and some Schwalbe Easy Fit Fluid. This stuff is very hard to find anywhere so this is a plus in itself. However, I couldn't find any Schwalbe Ultremo ZX tubeless tyres here. I don't need them right now as I've had these tyres on my bike last year and just needed to dismount them, clean up, and add some new sealant ready for the coming year. But I will need to buy some before too long. The sealant is priced well but the easing fluid, at £6.49 for a tiny can(seemed to be a large can judging from the illustration at this site), seems over the top. At the moment there is only one site in the UK selling these tyres , at least as far as I can see, and that is as a pair of tyres with sealant and the same small can of easing fluid so it works out quite expensive at £119 a pair. I have found them to be excellent tyres and it would be nice to see nextdaytyres selling them singly at a better price, without sealant and easing fluid included, just like any other tyre. It should then be possible to sell them quite a bit cheaper. They would definitely have me as a customer.”

“I have bought tyres from Next Day Tyres in the past and was happy with the service and the quality of the product. I have also recommended them to other cyclists. Having said that, the last time I had purchased tyres from Next Day Tyres I did have a problem with the tyres, and I returned them for a refund, however, as I believe the problem was the tyre I think they should have also refunded the postage which cost as much as the tyres, so on that basis I will probably not use the company again!”

“Hey The prices are great, but the products aren't always. I've got two Rubber Queen TS tyres that had kink. Althogh nextday tires having great customer service allowed me to send them back for replacement/refund. In all I think it's the best place to buy your tires.”

“Good service overall but i would say the name is Misleading. I ordered my Tyre on a Saturday so didn't expect it to ship until Monday, However it didn't drive until Thursday, not exactly what i would call next day tyres.”

“Initially I was disappointed, as the tyres did not arrive the next day as promised, despite being ordered before the cut-off. That said, this was during the busy pre-Christmas period, so almost certainly not the fault of these guys. Tyres were a good price, with lots of choice, so will use again soon.”
