“My organization changed our logo and wanted to update our tags, and when I contacted customer service about it I got a response promptly, and we had some mockup options to consider very quickly. They were also very quick to respond with updated options based on our feedback about the design. We have always had good service as long as we have been using nicebadge, and the process to update our design was very smooth as well.”
