Your order shipped on May 23rd and was delivered on June 3rd, which unfortunately included time in transit that’s outside our control. “The state shaped badge was miniature. Not the size of a regular badge. For $20 (with shipping) I expected a standard sized badge. We will be looking elsewhere for our organizations badges.”

“Not happy at all. I paid $30 for a badge that feels sticky and has a mark in it that will not come out. Very disappointed with my purchase. Do not plan on purchasing from your company ever again.”

“I made a purchase on April 21st and it is now May 7th and I still have not received my item. I have not received a response to my email requesting a status update. I am hoping for a refund and will not waste my time with this place.”

“Customer service and employees lack of awareness is awful. After paying for an order I never received, calling Nicebadge, and no one know what was going on was complete disappointment so I refunded my purchase after almost a month.”
