“I made a purchase on April 21st and it is now May 7th and I still have not received my item. I have not received a response to my email requesting a status update. I am hoping for a refund and will not waste my time with this place.”

“Customer service and employees lack of awareness is awful. After paying for an order I never received, calling Nicebadge, and no one know what was going on was complete disappointment so I refunded my purchase after almost a month.”

“My business cards was never done and I’m still waiting - I had to go somewhere else and pay $177 for my cards - very disappointed as they I called I got a excuse if the website is wrong etc. unacceptable excuse - I will not use nice badges again - I paid for something I’m never receiving and had to spend more somewhere else”
