“The badge is very nice and was well packaged. However, I thought the shipping cost was very high and called customer service. They indicated that price was about what it costs to ship. I sell on Etsy, I know shipping rates, and your rates are much higher than necessary. The shipping time was also longer than anticipated.”

“99% of the time the badges have been perfect, worked out the kinks of new design in early stages, We are on opposite coasts so shipping is the only down fall, I wish I could do 4.5 stars as they have been a great small company to work with.”

“I would give zero stars, but that is not an option. I ordered on March 26 and still have not received it on April 13. The USPS brought my order to NH, never attempted delivery and have now moved it to Kansas City, Kansas. They have failed you, but ultimately you chose to use them to ship your product. Very disappointed and I would be wary of recommending you to my co-workers or anyone else. ***UPDATE*** After contacting NiceBadge, they shipped a replacement for my order which I recieved in about 7 days. Appears to be good quality.”

We shipped your order within our standard production timeline, and under normal circumstances, it would have arrived within the promised 6–9 business days. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier, and in this case, it’s clear that USPS has not handled your shipment as expected. “I ordered a total of three badges (two magnetic and one over the pocket) and one was never shipped (the over the pocket). The company rapidly responded to this error and will be shipping the missing one. Quality is great!”
