Thanks so much for reaching out and for the review. I spoke with the front office and a badge was added to this order, we have reached out but are awaiting payment on that new badge. After we receive that we can get this order into production for you. Thanks so much for your business!

“The badges were much smaller than I anticipated, and I was not aware that the pins would be attached to the back. I recall reading "clasp attachment only." Plus, all the badges were ordered for the same organization - "Celebrate Recovery at Bakersfield 1st Assembly." One of the badges were printed "1st Christian Church." ??? How does this happen? I will be asking for a full refund and will not be using Nice Badge in the future.”

Thanks so much for the review, our Customer Service team reached out and it does appear that the order was fulfilled as ordered. The size of the badges was decided during the original mockup process, the fastener was created as ordered, and one of the badges was chosen with the "1st Christian Church" information. “I wrote a note that I wanted the badges like the first order. Font, size, balloon. This time the names are in smaller print vs the first order and shorter. I will have to order them again. I attached a photo for example. Dina Zeplin name plate is the correct one.”
