“I still have not received my new badges. I had to get the store 536 to reorder new badges for me. I still haven't received the new ones from their order either. Please escalate the issue.”

“Would give 0 if I could. Placed an order 2 weeks prior and had to call to check on it. They had not even started the order... Decided to go back to whom I have used in the past. Sorry NiceBadge....”

Thank you so much for your review, unfortunately as customer service mentioned these business cards have specifications dictated by the individuals who manage these products for the size of the fonts and these designs. We are certainly happy to design something custom for you if you would like, but these are set designs. Thanks so much

“Apparently they are experiencing production issues (due to employees leaving) and they do not bother to notify costumers about potential delays. When I followed up and found out order is going to be delayed, management did not bother to make up time by offering to expedite delivery, putting the burden on the customers.”
