“I gave four stars, would be 5 stars. The quality of the product is great and cost is not bad. Shipping cost and times are abit nuts. Took 10 business days or 12 days in general to get it.”

We completely understand your frustration with the shipping delay; one of our printers was unexpectedly down for a few days, which caused a longer turnaround time than usual. As for shipping costs, those are determined by our carrier, but we do our best to keep rates as low as possible for our customers. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to exceed your expectations next time.
