“I bought a custom name tag from NiceBadge a couple of years ago, now, all the veteran employees and even the General Manager asked me to order from this website! I wasn't aware of the extra protective name tag guards available when I initially purchased my own, but I would recommend anyone that is in the food service industry to spend a little extra and buy from here, other than go for the generic name tags that the franchise or parent company offer! (Our company give out blank black ones that are written over in white marker -- looks tacky and unprofessional.) I love the variety of tags that you offer for Jack-In-The-Box and it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with you! (You even do an excellent job with quick shipping on an order containing multiple items with various custom names and titles, by the way!) Thank you!”

“I received information from my company about where to purchase a name badge. I added the protective coating to the top. When I received my badge the name plate was not secured to the backing on one end, it sticks up. I thought maybe they would check their work prior to sending it out. However, I have not called yet to see what it will take for them to fix it. Not sure if they pay for postage or just what. Once I do that I will repost the results. UPDATE***** ******I posted this, this morning and before long I received a return e-mail apologizing for the trouble and they are sending out a new badge. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I received my new badge in the mail as promised, today. It looks great and I am very please with the professional manner my concerns were handled. As a matter of fact, I had not even contacted the company to tell them my concerns but what they contacted me first! My badge was replace at NO ADDITIONAL COST to me. I will recommend Nice Badge to all my friends! Thank you!”
