“Error made with original order. Product was dispatched but didn't arrive. Emailed Customer Services to explain I was still waiting for the order which was for a holiday I was going on later that week. They replied promptly and sent a replacement product within 48 hours of our discussion. Happy that the product arrived so quickly and included a handwritten note from Jen to wish me a happy holiday! Would definitely order from Nicely Polished again and would recommend the service to friends & family too!”

“Had a few issues with my order as Nicely Polished had dispatched it, but it didn't arrive! I emailed the Customer Service team to express my frustration with the service as I had ordered the nail polish to use for a holiday I was going on that week. I received a prompt response from Jen who sent a replacement which arrived within 48 hours after our exchange of emails. Not only was I thrilled to find that the replacement product had arrived so quickly, but I was also pleasantly surprised to find an attached note wishing me a happy holiday! I would definitely order from Nicely Polished again and would recommend to my friends too! The little extra things really do make a difference in Customer Service!!”
