The bear looks well and the service itself was actually much better than I was expecting considering some of the negative comments. I think they're worth the risk if you buy an in-stock item. Which items were in-stock was also made quite clear in my opinion.”
“I always believe in "if it's too good to be true....". Right away I was suspicious - the price was just 35% of the normal retail price - or 65% discount. After I'd ordered, I received an email telling me the item had been dispatched but there were no tracking details as it was being sent by Royal Mail. Convenient. The login they gave me was invalid. I did 'forgot my password' and received a completely different type of password - random generated rather than recognisable words as the first had been. My suspicions deepened and I felt glad I'd paid by Paypal. THEN I read the reviews... and immediately felt foolish and looked on Paypal how to get a refund.
I was completely ready to start a battle and cursed myself for being gullible... and this morning at 9am, just 4 days after placing my order, the postman was outside with a cheery smile - and - my parcel! Even after opening it I inspected it cautiously, expecting it to be missing parts, faulty or second hand.. But no! Tonight my new electric mattress cover is heating the bed beautifully!
To those reviewers with bad experiences who wonder if this company is crooked or just disorganised, I'd say definitely the latter. My goods - at the most shockingly low price - arrived quickly, following two emails from them to keep me updated. I couldn't log in and my goods weren't tracked, but they were genuine, and they arrived, and I have the most unbelievable bargain. Admittedly, it's only an electric blanket, not a watch or jewellery, but it arrived, and on that basis, I can't complain one bit about them.”

“Wow! All this negative feed back. I was searching for a particular Citizen watch which was nearley £400 on a lot of sites and other sites would match any price i found, but hard to get them to beat a good price.
I bought the same watch fron Nigel O'hara's for...£269.00, plus a little silver broach as a free gift. Didn't even notice that on the website. My mother was so delighted with it, looked like £30 worth easy. And i recieved it ever so quick. So don't understand a lot of the complaints.
And no i don't work for the man, not a relative, no connection what so ever, other than a customer.
