I ordered a Samsung Curved TV for my daughters birthday with the delivery date 1 week before her birthday. I requested updates as the date got closer, but nothing back. The date then pasted. I still requested updates - nothing. The day before my daughters birthday I gave up and ordered it from BHSDirect.com. I paid £5 delivery and it turned up the next day at 8.15am (fantastic). I have since been chasing NIGEL O'HARA for a refund for the cancelled items and I get told it takes 14 days for a refund (funny as it took about 16seconds to take the money). 14 days has now passed and still no refund. I have logged this with Mastercard as fraud and they are investigating. THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ON AN ONLINE STORE. THEY ARE A DISGRACE. SHOP ELSE WHERE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I'm glad to get that off my chest!!

Disappointing I can actually give a 1 star.... I'd like to give none. Ordered a monitor 2 months ago, after a month of chasing it's location, spent another month chasing a refund. Today I've been told they have ceased trading! Awful service, awful company, SCAM SCAM SCAM. Have spoken to my bank today (HSBC) who were very good in sorting out a charge back for me. Not all that shines is golden- Some stuff shines and it's a turd.

I paid for a boxed version of Paintshop Pro ultimate just over 3 weeks ago - no sign of it. I too wished I'd read reviews before buying. It looks like I've been scammed for 60 odd pounds.

NIGEL O'HARA INTEREST FREE LOAN SCAM . LIKE MANY OTHERS ON HERE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG LED TV ,THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND THEN CAME THE EXCUSES AND DELAYS .iN THE END I GOT MY MONEY BACK BUT ONLY AFTER O'HARA HAD FREE USE OF MY CASH TO FUND THEIR BUSINESS. HOW IT WORKS .O'HARA ADVERTISES EXPENSIVE GOOD'S LED TVS ETC AT CHEAPER THAN AVERAGE PRICES ,,"BUT "THEY DON'T STOCK THE GOODS . 20 OR 30 CUSTOMERS PAY SEVERAL HUNDRED POUNDS BUT O'HARA'S NEVER ORDER THE TVS . INSTEAD THEY KEEP FOBBING YOU OFF WITH EVER CHANGING DELIVERY DATES AND IN THE END YOU GET FED UP WAITING AND ASK FOR YOUR MONEY BACK ,BY WHICH TIME THEY HAVE FUNDED THEIR BUSINESS WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH FOR WEEKS / MONTHS " INTEREST FREE" . THE OTHER CATCH IS TO SELL OTHER CHEAPER ITEMS ( JEWELLERY ) AND DELIVERY THEM TO OBTAIN GOOD FEEDBACK RATINGS . REMEMBER THE OLD SAYING IF ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE ,WELL IT IS IN NIGEL O'HARA'S CASE . You know how if you order from Amazon, you pay some money, they send you an email invoice and then deliver your item the next day? Yeah? Nidel O'Hara are nothing like that.

This has been the worst experience that I have ever had from an online retailer! I wanted to buy a mobile phone from them which was saying in stock. As I wanted to ensure that they did have it in stock (having read previous reviews) I emailed them and they responded that it is not in stock but their supplier provides them with the phone very quickly and there is a quick turnaround for such orders. However, two days after placing my order the information indicated delivery in 3-4 weeks! So, I immediately emailed and cancelled my order and asked for a refund. they responded that they would proceed with my refund but it might take 14 days for the money to go back to my account. Now, 29 days later(!), and after several email communications with them, I had to contact my Bank and start a process of dispute asking for my money back because they have not returned my money and they have not even responded to my last email. Simply disgusting! Do NOT buy from them!

I have already shared a review on here about this shocking business Nigel Ohara !! From a tv I have not had ordered and paid for in August still no refund as promised on the 11th September 2015 it's now 13october still nothing ?? I'm now in the process of going threw other channels to retrieve my money !! I just hope this company gets shut down !! Watch dog / rip of Britain anything we all can do has to be a bonus to stop this happening to any more people !!! Good luck to all and hope you get you money back Paul .

Like most people on here, purchased an item because of the low price and it still never arrived after 2 months! Was in constant contact but i get getting fobbed off with we have a supplier issue and it will be with you by the end if the week. Finally requested a refund and will probably have to wait longer than they said for my money back. Absoloutley useless company, communication was terrible.

I feel quite foolish - I should have checked for reviews before sending any money. I was looking for a case for unusual size tablet I had been given and Nigel O'Hara was one of only two places that showed it as available - I had initially ordered it from the other site they had failed to deliver so I placed an order with N O'H - two weeks later no sign of it and the string of support tickets. Requested refund. refund request acknowledged but still no sign of the funds. To be avoided at ALL cost

Worst online retailer award 2015 goes to..... Nigel O'Hara!!! They took £700 out my bank 11 days ago for a new Samsung flat screen TV, I received an email with my order number within minutes and the money was gone within 24 hours. 11 days since and 3 support tickets later and not a peep. Have left my number and no one will speak to me. Tried calling the shop, they wont speak about web orders and wont put you onto anyone that will. Have raised a Visa dispute with my bank as these guys are just stealing peoples money and holding onto it as long as they can. AVOID if you know what is good for you.

Placed order good price waited for delivery. Keep chasing . Then after about 2 weeks was told price gone up £50.00 on a £160.00 order. As I need this item urgently I said ok if they could deliver this week. They couldent say when it was in stock. So cancelled order. Then had to Waite 3weeks for refund. Got item else ware delivered next day. Looks like this company take your money when they know they can't deliver.

I would give this company a negative rating if I could and I truly wish I'd read other reviews before ordering from this company. Placed my order early July for a child's slide for my daughter's birthday. Order confirmation received and advised that the slide had been ordered direct from the manufacturer. Nothing heard for a few weeks so we contacted them. They replied that the purchase price was an error and we needed to pay another £40! We told them no, that our order was paid in full at the time and they should honour the original price - they would not agree so we requested a refund. It is not 12th August and the refund has still not arrived. The refund is for £144 so not a small amount of money to be owed. We have now raised a claim through PayPal as we think this is the only way to get our money back. Cannot stress highly enough for people to stay away from this supplier - they are basically taking your money, telling you the price is wrong then not refunding. They should be investigated for consumer fraud.

Nigel O'Hara is definitely using customers payment as cash flow only. Clearly no intention of sending ordered items that probably dont even exist. Like many other reviews on this site ive been waiting over 7 weeks for my order just to be deceived each time. Now into the 2nd week of requesting a refund. Hope fading by the minute.

Seriously Listen to all of these reviews. All of the stories are very similar if not exactly the same. This suggests that there is something funny going on regarding this company business. Although I saw these the temptation from the reduced price got me so I decided to order a graphics card from here where it stated clearly that they where in stock. 10 days after ordering the item I had no confirmation of order and their online tracker did not recognise my order number so I opened a support ticket. This is where it became apparent that there was something off about Nigel O'Hara. They responded by saying that the 'In Stock' item actually has to be ordered from the manufacturer therefore not in stock. I stayed calm and accepted this and waited longer until after 4 weeks I raised another ticket to have an update on the manufacturer shipping the item. The support team reassure me that it is being shipped to them and then they will ship straight to me. more time passed and still nothing so I contacted again for another update. This time they say there has been a problem with the shipping and that they are trying to resolve the issue. Yet again more time passes and I ask for another update. Customer support admit to not knowing the status but reassure that they will find out when they can. Three days after this I get an email saying that the product which I have ordered is not available as it is an old product and is no longer being manufactured. For starters this is a lie as the card that I ordered is the newest most demanded modern card to date therefore they are trying to spoon feed me lies. To add to this I then go on to there website to find them selling the exact same card for £10 cheaper than I played for it and it still says in stock. My experience has not been pleasant at all during this time and in fact needed this component for work therefore thanks to nigel ohara I have missed out on doing work which has greatly put me behind 1 and a half months which will take a long time to catch up on. They advertised an item they didn't have in stock. After two weeks, they sent an email saying they were working with the suppliers to get it. It still hadn't arrived after four weeks. I asked for a refund and they have taken over ten days - I haven't had it yet.

Don't use them - it's a fraud!! Will be seeking legal advice to recover my money for goods that never arrived - avoid at all costs unless you want to throw money down the drain.

Ordered supposedly in stock cuff links. Didn't arrive, apparently they were non stock and being sourced. Eventually cancelled the order, took 2 weeks for a refund which I have eventually received. Would never order from this company again. Amazing that the refund took so long to go back into my account when the initial payment was taken within 24 hours!
