I have never had a worst experience buying online in my life! I paid with apple pay and the website did not read my apartment number on my delivery address.

how I suppose to know when I ll get my parcel if I have no updates from them,di after one month I got my delivery,the quality of leggings was really bad,and really bad custom services.

I found the item I wanted, shipping was speedy, however, because I couldn't cancel a recent order that I admit was my mistake in ordering the wrong size, I ordered another pair in the correct size. My complaint is that not only did they not offer free shipping on an order over $100, it cost me almost $22 to return the first pair. Not cool, considering all the websites that offer free shipping and some free returns, or a flat fee.

I ordered 3 items Two shoes and one trouser it doesn’t fit on me I return them they refund for two items they took my money, I called them three times they said I have to approved I told them how I’m going to approve if the three items in one label they said this is what we can to do for you. I never order from them bad service. I never order again.

I then received a email before the 30th stating they will send me a new pair or refund me.

Three item not send with other items. After three months wait and seven calls to Nike, I was told they didn't believe me and I wouldn't be getting a refund. So I am down £90 my age is seventy. So I can not afford to loose that sort of money.

All the bad reviews shocked mi little bit. I own my tenth pair of Nike shoes and I always been a happy with them. Also I have very good experience with Nike.com itself. Well, no customer service but very fast processing of the order (less than two weeks to different country).
